Our first Workshop for the WW1 2018 Project

The first of two workshops being held at the Southgate Community Centre was a great success.
Society members are working together to produce 32 paintings which will be combined into two large final pieces.
Each of the two final pieces will comprise 16 individual paintings, all on a World War 1 theme, as 2018 is the centenary of the end of WW1.
This project is for the Art Trail in Bury St Edmunds this year and is to help 'My Wish Charity' to raise money for the new £500,000 cardiac diagnostic unit at West Suffolk Hospital.
